McCaw is the Director of the Craig and Susan McCaw Foundation focusing on education and international economic development projects. Previously, McCaw was the Co-founder and Board Chair of Team Read, a literacy program for at-risk elementary grade students. Formerly, she served on the Investment Committee of the University of Washington.
McCaw served as Finance Co-Chair for Bush-Cheney '04 in Washington State and was a member of the national steering committee for W Stands for Women. She also served on the Women's Coalition Advisory Board of the Republican National Committee. In 2008, McCaw served as Honorary Washington State Chair for McCain-Palin and raised over $100,000 for the McCain-Palin Campaign.
