Allegedly, the festival had the reverse effect: the village stopped being a small, clean and quiet place, as the festival and concerts attracted more than 40,000 people in 2005. According to another point of view, though, the festival slowed down what it couldn't stop and therefore managed to do some good. The concerts feature bands from Romania and nearby countries.

The 2006 Edition


The most recent Stufstock was in 2006, from September 1 to September 3, and was the first edition that required an entrance fee. Day one featured alternative rock

The fifth edition of Stufstock (TM) will take place between 16-19 August 2007. The headliners of the festival will be The Dandy Warhols and Bloodhound Gang. They will complete the list of over forty bands that will play during the four days of the event
