Under the terms of the contract to operate this service, Stagecoach tickets and Stagecoach travelpasses (including Dayrider, Megarider, Unirider and VIP passes) are not valid for travel on Service 39. Similarly, other operators’ “own brand” products will also not be accepted on these journeys. Monday to Sunday daytime journey's are operated by Go North East, and these journey's are not secured.
