The class 11 locomotives are dual-voltage (1500 V DC and 3000 V DC) with a design based on single-voltage class 21

Due to their limited number and extensive mileage, these locomotives are aging fast and subject to failures, leading to frequent service disruptions.

The fleet is allocated to Schaerbeek depot.
