. It was founded in 1994 by Sune Håkansson, Göran Tidman and Per Thano. In 1994 it won four seats in the municipal council. In 1998 the part had got 6.3% of the votes and three seats in the municipal council. In 2002 the voteshare was reduced to 3.0% and one seat was lost. Currently Sune Håkansson and Susanne Lundgren represent the party in the council. Lundgren is the party president.
