Ali was educated in Bangladesh before moving to the UK in 1956. He has, studied at the Raza G.C High School and College of Sylhet before moving to the UK at the age of 18 to further his education. However, once in the UK through hard work and perseverance, he transformed himself from an ordinary waiter to a leading entrepreneur.
