, which was founded by late Mr. Abdul Hameed who belonged to a well known family of Indian revolutionaries and educationists. The present chairman of the trust is Mr. Nissar Ahmed who is assisted by Dr.Thangadurai ,the Director , Presidency Group of Schools and the members of the trust in the efficient day-to-day functioning of the schools under its banner. The management is guided by the philosophy as laid down by its founders.

Location

Away from the distractions of Bangalore city, the schools are located in the calm and healthy environs of R. T. Nagar(ICSE), Nandini Layout(ICSE) Off Bannerghatta Road, J.P Nagar(ICSE), Kasturi Nagar(CBSE). However, all schools are well connected.The school has another branch at Mangalore(ICSE). The Kasturi Nagar branch is a recent addition to the Group of Schools.
All schools are named under Presidency , except St.Pauls English School, JP Nagar which was one of the very first schools of the trust.

team has been amongst the best and has bagged the Cottonian Shield. The school Football team has also shown great improvement. The Times NIE Playfest has been another area they have mastered. Mr Thanga Durai (Director) a renowned educationist put the school in lime-light by various measures like organising interaction of children with Ex President Mr Abdul Kalam, Creation of Science Park, innovative teaching techniques and strict descipline through heads like Charu Agarwal.
