Phil Sayer is a British
professional voice artist. Since 2003, he has been one half of the Sayer Hamilton voice studio, in partnership with his wife, Elinor Hamilton. Previously he was a newsreader on BBC North West Tonight and a presenter on radio station BBC GMR (now BBC Radio Manchester
).
His voice is currently used at many British railway stations; most notably Birmingham New Street
