. It follows Bainbridge Street to a left turn onto Masonic Drive. It then turns right onto West High Street and follows it to Market Street (Pennsylvania Routes 230
and 743
). Pennsylvania Route 241 turns left on Market Street, forming a three-way concurrency with PA 230 and PA 743. PA 241 and PA 743 split from PA 230 by a right onto Linden Avenue for a short distance and then a left onto North Hanover Street. At the edge of Elizabethtown, the two routes split and Pennsylvania Route 241 continues northeast on Mount Gretna Road.
Pennsylvania Route 241 enters Mount Joy Township
and crosses over the Pennsylvania Route 283
expressway with no interchange. It then enters South Londonderry Township
in Lebanon County, where the name changes to Elizabethtown Road, and it crosses under the Pennsylvania Turnpike
(Interstate 76
). It then continues east and intersects the eastern terminus of Pennsylvania Route 341
and then intersects Pennsylvania Route 117
in Colebrook. Pennsylvania Route 241 turns north for a brief concurrency with PA 117 on Mount Wilson Road, with PA 117 eventually heading northwest on South Forge Road. Pennsylvania Route 241 continues north through the mountain community of Mt. Wilson before entering the Lebanon Valley in South Annville Township
