. This is the biggest assembly consistency in area wise in guntur district. Initially the people of surname Kurapati were migrated to this place, so this village was got named with their surname. Pedakurapadu has fifteen thousand population including Chowdaries, Arya Vysyas, BC, SC, ST and Muslims living together. Pedakurapadu was the major panchayathi having the facilities like water supply, lower primary school, upper primary school, 30-bed government hospital, petrol bunk, bus station and railway station .

Here most of them depend on cultivation. the big asset of the village are hard working farmers and daily labors produce good quality of rice and chillies. From last one decade many were become professionally educated and been well settled in IT and other related sectors.

The education system in the village day by day strengthening and students are getting quality education with lot of opportunities.

This time congress MLA will face "Outsider" & "Cast" factors anyhow he managed outsider factor but the cast factor could be big tough through the PRP(Chiranjeevi) & Delimitation proposal(Rajupalem mandal will be out and Amaravathi mandal will be added to it). However, observers say the Congress may lose some votes for the PRP there may be split in Kapu votes which would help the TDP chaitnya

Hussain Nagar is one of the good villages in this mandal. Main occupation is cultivation. It has the Bus Service from Sattenapalli. The nearest railway station is in Sattenapalli.Village consisting of about 2500 inhabitants. The main attraction for the village is Hanuman Temple. It was built by raja vasireddy venkatadri naidu in his era.

Lingamguntla is a very good village in this mandal.Main occupation is cultivation. it has the Bus service from guntur. it has railway station.

Garapadu is a good village in this mandal.

Mussapuram is one village in this Mandal. The name derives from the Mussapurians. Mussapurians are basically sculptures. They halted at one place while travelling from Ponnuru to Amaravathi during the time of Buddha. That day onwards the place is called as Mussapuram.

Village consisting of about 1,065 inhabitants of whom 300 are Christians (Roman Catholics, and Lutherans). Their main occupation is cultivation.

Patibandla is a village, a panchayat as well as a mandal. Main occupation is cultivation, having high literacy. Most of the inhabitants are converted Roman Catholics who converted to Christianity about 120 years back.
Here, Reddies are Catholics and land lords. Many people are well educated especially and doing jobs in IT sector. Most of the religious people like fathers, sisters and even Bishop of Guntur Diocese are from this village .

Long back, these people had migrated from Tachchur, Tamil Nadu. They stayed in Krishnapuram, Anathapuram for some years. They again migrated from Krishnapuram to Patibandla(Patibanda) near Guntur. They are very hardworking and well mannered. The main attraction for the village is Epiphany church. It was built in 1925. This village has Corporation bank, Post office, Telephone exchange and good road facility to connect to Guntur and Sattenapalli(Pedakurapadu). These people live like a family.

Many are SCs, STs and Muslims. All SCs are Catholics only. These main occupation is daily labour and some of them are doing jobs.this village has special hill in the midst of village. people selebrate festival of church

Abbarajupalem is a village, a panchayati. Main occupation is cultivation. Now it is competing with surrounding vilages in litracy rate. Only hindu's are there in the village.
The village population is 1500 and voters are 850. Here Kammas are 450 and Reddys are 300 in population point of view and reming people are different casts. Some people working in IT field. All people belief on god. This village having five temples and one more temple is under construction.
So many students are studying in differents states. People in this village are hard working in nature.
