The group announced in October 2008, that Para Olvidarte de Mí is slated to be RBD's last studio album, as the group is splitting. The first single from the album, likewise named "Para Olvidarte de Mí", leaked onto the Internet on January 26, 2009. The whole album was leaked onto the internet March 1, 2009.
