Outlook is the first of three courses they deliver. Outlook has been delivering personal development courses since 1989, when it was set up by Tony Wiseman, the trainer. Participants on Essence must first complete Outlook, and on The Summit participants must have completed both Outlook and Essence.
Participants can elect to participate in each course on its own, or they can have a package consisting of a course and 6 hours of personal coaching.
A feature of the courses is the large number of volunteers who support the courses.
Over 8,000 people have participated in Outlook Trainings.
