 became the new host and was now judging the contestants together with photographer Marcel Leliënhof and modelling coach "Storm P." Pedersen.
The show was announced in early 2010 and filmed during the summer but did not air until February 7 of the following year. After being off air for more than two years it was the longest break between two Cycles the show ever had.
For the first time 14 years old were allowed to audition however in the final selection of the top 15 no contestant was younger than 16.

After the selected 15 girls met in Oslo

 they received their first mail which took them to a Hair Stylist. Here they met their new coach Storm P. who informed them that makeovers would be performed on them. Darja, the older sister of Katarina was first to burst out in tears with Eirin following soon.

At a dinner the girls met new host Mona Grudt who let them in their new modelling appartement. The morning after Marcel Leliënhof, the last of member of the new juding panel was introduced and shot the girls under the theme Plastic Fantastic.

Following the first deliberation based on their performances at the photoshoot and potential Mona presented a box to each of the girl consisting with a necklace for everyone who would remain the competition. The first names that were called were Roberta, Charlotte and Maiken meaning they were the top 3 of the week. Being second to last to open her box, Sarah found herself eliminated when her box was empty and she immediately had to say goodbye to the remaining competitors.

 who teaches them how to pose in front of a camera. Bambie, Darija and Charlotte were named the top 3 with Charlotte winning the challenge and receiving a digital photocamera as a reward.

Challenge winner Charlotte found herself in the bottom two next to Bambie who was, to the surprise of many, sent home.

Episode 3

Storm P. woke up the girl calling out a surprised Signe and Frida who both received another makeover. After they returned to the group a cheerleading training was arranged where the girls had to present various choreographies. Farzaneh was named the winner of the challenge and chose Signe to share the reward with her which was a beauty treatment. Additionally she received a short cut yellow summer dress.

At the photoshoot the contestants where bodypainted and photographed in leggins laying in a box on Oslo streets for an advertising by La Mote where Eirin and Thea struggled with their poses.

Serving as guest judges for the week were La Mote's production manager Christina Placht, Krister Falk and make-up artist Cathrine Aas. Much to her unimpression, Eirin was called chubby by Falk and initially stormed out of the judging room and was comforted by Mona. Alexandra received a first call out meaning she was booked for the La Mote campaign which immediately was displayed on the official website after the episode ended. In the end Darja was sent home leaving her teary younger sister Katarina in the competition.

Episode 6

The girls travelled to Dublin where they had another runway lesson by Storm P. followed by a casting for fashion designer Jennifer Rothwell. At the evaluation of the girls performances a huge gap between the best and the worst was noticed. Claudia impressed the most and was booked to walk for Rothwell on the catwalk later the day. It was also revealed that the worst of them would get eliminated. Alexandra, Katarina and Eirin were named bottom three on the casting and a teary Eirin had to leave the competition immediately. Claudia then got to walk at the runway show with the other competitors witnissing her from the front row.

For the photoshoot the girls were wearing clothes of fashion designer Louise Kennedy who welcomed them in her store. In the garden of Irish Museum of Modern Arts Mona and Marcel were waiting to welcome the top 8 and the shooting took place in avantgarde styling with the girls posing as mannequins. Kennedy was impressed by all of the girls and liked Maikens performance on set the most.

At the elimination, where Louise Kennedy and fashion designer and stylist Chen Nystrøm were gust judging this week, Charlotte landed in the bottom two for her second time in the competition. However it was Thea Sofie who was send home.

Back in Oslo the episode started as always with the cuteness that is Storm P telling the girls what to expect from the next episode. They were carried to an acting lesson by Mia Gundersen. In a following videoshoot the girls had to present what they learned. Katarina was benefiting from her strikening physical resemblance to Amy Adams

For the weekly photoshoot Marcel photographed the girls in his obligatory blue shirt. This time they were shooting different frames of a comic inspired shoot based on a Schwarzkopf advertising where the girls had to portray three different characters:

While Roberta was shooting two motives her Biker Chick photo was used at judging. Once again Frida was struggeling with her stiffness while all Charlotte, Roberta and Claudia managed to impress.

Actress Mia Gundersen and product chief for Schwarkopf Lena Jacobsen were the guest judges. Frida Mathea, who was bursting out in tears before the judging began, was sent home leaving her best friend Roberta in devastation.

Storm P was in for another unpleasant interruption of the girls needed sleep when he came visiting them in their hotel at 1 am telling them they have to prepare for the photoshoot. The girls were then set up and taken to outside the city for a desert-set exotic photoshoot where Amy Adams

-lookalike Katarina was struggeling at first but in the end managed to partly fullfil the expactationswhile Charlotte once again scored with her poses.
Markting director of Bonaventura Sales Gitte Hannestad and model / actress Viktoria Winge were guest judging. Being nervously awaiting the verdict Katarina bursted out in tears however against her fears she was declared save. A surprised Alexandra had to say goodbye to Roberta as she survived the bottom two for the second week in a row.

Storm P photographs the final 5 in ugly black dancing blazers. They were then taken to do a Woman cover testshoot where they met the magazines chef editor Ingveld Larsen and cute photographer Baard Lunde. Claudia and Katarina were named the top 2 of the challenge with the latter one winning an armband.
In a small lake of a wood the photoshoot took place, this time in cooperation with Lumene. After an unsuccessful session Charlotte bursted out in tears fearing her performance was not enough to carry her on to the next round. After the shoot all the girls were taken to a House of Beauty as a reward for the last weeks.
Larsen and Skolvy were co-judging the elimination ceremony. Claudia was named to have the best picture of the week with Alexandra following close behind also having produced a "perfect" picture. Amy Adams

Storm took the girls on a boot camp to clean the pores before the other days physical recording. He also taught them how to dress and to adapt in the fashion industry. Both Alexandra and Claudia managed to win a big gift cheque for doing the best in the challenge. A day before the shooting the girls were surprised by a visit of their family and friends. In the end it was third time unlucky for Alexandra in the bottom three as she was sent packing.

. Together with Mona the Top 3 took a look back at their journey so far. At the mannequin challenge the girls had to stand still in windows of a boutique. As all the girls did a fantastic job Storm randomly draw a number to determine the winner. Lucky ginger-head Claudia won a designer bag as the reward.
Once again Storm wook up the girls to carry them to a location for their photoshoot for Solig AS. Styled with bald heads the girls nude bodies were only touched by body painting.
After the photoshoot Mona and Marcel deliberate about the girls overall performance throughout the show. In the end Maiken is denied a place in Cycle's final episode as she missed to gain a spot among the top 2 and had to leave London halfway through.
