. Old photographs show a grade crossing used to exist here; since the line was doubletracked in 1928, however, getting from one end of Main Street to the other has required a detour via nearby Bridge Street. Another bridge further north on Reed Road is the only other crossing in the hamlet.

Platform and track configuration

This station has two high-level side platforms each six cars long. The western platform, adjacent to Track 2, is generally used by southbound or inbound or Manhattan

-bound trains. The eastern platform, adjacent to Track 1, is generally used by northbound or outbound trains. The Hudson Line has two tracks at this location.
