Many students are now considered 7-day boarders and remain at school for the entire weekend. Currently, Sean Cox is the International Dean. Additionally, the introduction of a day-student program has slightly increased and diversified the student population since the fall of 2002.

Athletics

The school mascot is a Knight. The school has 12 main sports, which consist of Football, Cross Country, Tennis, Basketball, Wrestling, Swimming, Fencing, Bowling, Track & Field, Soccer, Golf, and Baseball. Much of the school's initial success was under the tutelage of Jim Kane

History

The School on 22520 Mount Michael Road has existed since 1956. The name then was Saint John's. The name was changed to Mount Michael in 1970 to re-establish the school as a non-seminary.
