As of April 2008, deli sandwiches, and the Big Xtra burger are no longer on the menu. The Big Xtra remains available in most Wal-Mart

The BLT Sandwich has been replaced with the BLT served on a ciabatta bun. As of October 2008, the Turkey BLT was removed from McDonald's Menus in Canada.
There are also some new chicken sandwiches also served on ciabatta.
The Big Xtra burger has been replaced with the meatier Angus Burger, which can come with real Canadian Cheddar Cheese.
