After August 2003, she moved back to London, England for 6 months. In 2004 she moved back to the United States, to Scottsdale, Arizona. She spent a lot of her time traveling between Scottsdale, Arizona and Los Angeles, California. In 2005, she was chosen as Penthouse's Pet of the Year.

Career
Warren stopped modelling at the age of 12 but was rediscovered in 1998 by a photographer while working part-time as a waitress. At the age of 16 she signed up with top London model agency "Samantha Bond". Between the ages of 16 and 18 she appeared in a number of ad campaigns, editorial features, and hair and fashion shows at the Cafe de Paris, London.She was the centerfold in the June 2000 edition of SuperBike magazine and in July 2000 she appeared in the TV series Burnside
