Moore currently serves as Poetry Editor for Rapid River Arts and Literature Journal and manages rENEGADE pLANETS pUBLISHING, a Native American specialist press. She has edited several specialist collections of work, including Eating Fire, Tasting Blood: Breaking the Great Silence of the American Indian Holocaust (2005) and Genocide of the Mind: New Writings by Native Americans (2002).
