Stewart has had her own reality show called Living with Kimberly Stewart. The show is based on Stewart looking for 2 flatmates with 13 contestants fighting through challengers to win the key of the Stewart house in London.

On September 9, 2008 the Atlanta-based band, "Elevation", released the music video for its single, “Razoreyes", starring Stewart, marking a first in her career.

Stewart had expressed in 2009 wanting to break into an acting career, but to no avail.
