Kanzy Emad El-Defrawy, is a professional squash
player who represented Egypt. She reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 47 in March 2010.She reached her best world ranking of thirty eight in January, 2011. El Defrawy daughter of a General Manager's Hilton father, Mr.Emad El Defrawy and a tennis playing mother, Nevine Essam ElBaz,she was born and raised in Cairo and started playing at age seven at the Heliopolis Club, where she continues to be based. She has three smaller sisters who are also playing squash and participating in many national but also international tournements. She won the junior Pioneer Open title in 2006 and 2007, the junior German Open title in May 2007, as well as the Dutch junior open title in 2006 and 2007 which took place in Amsterdam
