, preventing viewers from viewing programming on KICU. After the digital transition, KICU plans to relocate from channel 52 back to channel 36 with additional power. As a result, KTVJ will no longer be able to operate on channel 36 and will need to relocate to a different channel. At present, KTVJ has a construction permit for a primary transmitter on channel 4, with a translator to cover the city of Santa Rosa on channel 20.
