He was born in Paris on September 29, 1954 and graduated in engineering from the Ecole des Mines and in international affairs from the Paris Political Sciences Institute (Sciences Po). He now works as a consultant in geostrategies and IT (information technology) for multinational companies. After publishing three books on the Internet and Voice Over IP (VoIP) in the Nineties, he now devotes most of his time to geopolitics.
