Jay Gruden (born March 4, 1967) is a former starting quarterback and current head coach for the Arena League Orlando Predators. He is the younger brother of Jon Gruden, former head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has an overall career record of 78-46, including a record of 11-5 in the playoffs. He was the league MVP in the 1992 season.

Gruden also served as an offensive assistant coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2002-2009.
