Allama Syed Irfan Haider Abidi (1950–1998) was a Pakistani Famous scholar, religious leader, public speaker and poet from the Shi'ite sect of Islam
. He was born in 1950 in Mahala Lucman, Khairpur, Sindh
.
He was the son of Syed Amir Abbas Abidi from Khairpur. He got his primary education from Rahbar Primary School, then attended the Naaz High-school, Khairpur. He earned an MA from Karachi University. He got his basic and advance religious studies from Maulana Syed Qaisar Abbas.
Allama Irfan Abidi, was a regular speaker on Pakistan Television for several years.

while coming from Khairpur . They were rushed to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital
where Syeda Saeeda Khatoon was pronounced dead. Abidi later died at the Aga Khan Hospital
. He was buried at Imambargah Khairul Amal in Ancholi
