History

The organization has been established with the help of some elite members of Iranian management and business community in 2005. Since then I-AIM has been pursuing its objectives through setting up many executive level workshops, short seminars for both academics and business owners, and a list of Iranian managers and academics across the globe. It is estimated that I-AIM has about 8,000 members mostly from Iran, United States

Organization

I-AIM management organization has four components: Board of Directors, Executive Board, Advisory board, and different specialized groups such as Management Consulting Group, Visiting Lecturer Group, entrepreneurship group, virtual community group, forums, selected weblogs, etc.

I-AIM's first president was Dr Ali Zuashkiani, the second's president of I-AIM was Dr Zahed Sheikholslam, the third president was Dr Hazhir Rahmandad, and its current president is Dr Navid Ghaffarzadegan.
