Prefects System

In year 11, there are 30 prefects. The Head Boy's are most in charge. The Deputy Head Boy's are the second in charge, they can be headboy anytime when one or both the headboy's are not in school. The Senior Prefect's and Prefects do duties. To be a prefect in year 11 you need to fill in an aplication form. The prefects also respect younger students (especially in year 7).

GCSE's

Year 11's do them in April/May of the academic year. It's a special test. After the Year 11's do their GSCE'S, they leave in June. If they succeed, they get a certificate which gets displayed in the school on the GCSE successes board. In year 9, students get to pick what they study for their GCSE's. But all students have to do English, Maths and Science. After leaving, the students go to college. In the second half of the summer term, it is only year 7,8,9 and 10.
