The show was started over six decades ago by Orestes Demetriades and continues today with the help of his son Teddy Demetriades, and hosts Peter Cakridas, Arthanasios Vulgaropulos & Fotios Stamos with his Kali Orexi program.

A one hour sub-show titled Sigma Radio began on March 18, 2010 and aired every Thursday from 10 to 11am following the conclusion of the daily Grecian Echoes program. Its time slot was adjusted to Mondays at the same time in mid-September 2010. The show features modern Greek music and is aimed towards the younger Greek American population.
