Lowe's best remembered for winning the Australian Open
in 1915. He also won the International Lawn Tennis Federation's World Covered Court Championship
(Indoor) in 1920, and won the tournament at Queens Club in 1912, 1913 and 1925 (making him the only British player to win the event multiple times before the open era). His father, Sir Francis Lowe, 1st Baronet
