All songs were written by Lisa Germano, except tracks 4 and 7 written by Germano/Burn, and track 5 written by Germano/Jay Joyce.

A music video for "Cry Wolf" was produced, the video helped the songs become one of Germano's more popular compositions and was featured in the movie and soundtrack "Rain", years later. The video can be viewed on the MUZU TV website.
