Diamond Geezer 1

The pilot episode of Diamond Geezer was aired on the 20 March 2005. It starred David Jason as a long-serving prison inmate Des. His character comes across as a frail old man who is honest and open. This gains the respect of most of the inmates and prison guards alike. What they fail to realise is Des's master plan, which is to commit the 'perfect crime' and steal valuable diamonds from fellow inmate and notorious bully Benny. He takes petty theft criminal Phil under his wing to hatch the devious and dangerous plan.

The second series premièred on 9 April 2007 and saw a return of David Jason and Stephen Wight
