On December 18, 2008, Driscoll appeared during an Ericules Wrestling Promotions show during a championship match delivering a spear to the champion, Sigmon which ultimately cost him the match and championship. On January 1, 2009, Driscoll appeared again during Sigmon's championship rematch with Jason Maxx. Driscoll distracted Sigmon and his associates "Filthy" Rich Kavana and Chase Owens, which costed Sigmon the championship.

Next Level Wrestling

On May 12, 2011, Devin launched Next Level Wrestling, LLC. The current cards include Paul "The Ripper" Burchill, Luke Gallows, Rob "Ironman" Conway, Chase Stevens, Micah Taylor, Brandon and Brent Tate, Shawn Shultz, CM Sigmon, Paul Dinsmore, Mike Mondo, Jax Dane, and Jason Wayne.

On June 9, Devin Driscoll made his return to the ring teaming with Chase Stevens at the Cotton Eyed Joe in Knoxville, TN and defeated the team of Paul Burchill and Micah Taylor. On June 30, Devin returned to the ring again (Cotton Eyed Joe)and defeated Brandon and Brent Tate in a 2 on 1 handicap match. At the conclusion of the main event, Devin rushed the ring to aid Chase Stevens. When the dust settled, Devin announced the creation of the Next Level Wrestling Heavyweight Championship with the first round of the tournament featuring Devin Driscoll versus Paul "The Ripper Burchill" on July 21, 2011 at Knoxville Catholic High School.
