(Mithun Chakraborty), a religious instructor and his attraction towards Doli (Meghna Naidu), a dancer, who is already in relationship with Suraj (Vikas Bhardwaj) a London-based business man. Ramgopal succeeds in creating a rift between Doli and Suraj as requested by Suraj's father. Suraj returns to London, while Doli seeks shelter in Ramgopal's ashram, where she is allowed to live with a promise that she will leave soon. Then the inevitable happens when Ramgopal himself starts getting attracted to Doli's beauty.
