OSI Restaurant Partners acquired Bonefish Grill on October 5, 2001. At the time, the chain had three locations. In 2006, Bonefish Grill announced the opening of its 100th restaurant. As of 2010, there are 152 locations, in 28 states nationwide. OSI Restaurant Partners also owns the Outback Steakhouse
