Clinton Devon Estates, the successor to the Rolle family, manages the remaining estate as an equestrian venue, Bicton Arena (50.6664°N 3.3171°W). While the formal gardens were sold in 1997 to private owners and is now run as a tourist attraction Bicton Park Botanical Gardens.
