. Bhadana is also chief town of Union Council Bhadana which is an administrative subdivision of the Tehsil.

History

Bhadana is famous for its annual village festival. Bhadana is situated about 8KM south east of Gujar Khan on the Qazian road. It is mainly an agricultural town.

Bhadana is famous in all country for their personalities. Nambardar's of Bhadana are very famous and sophisticated. Abdul Sattar Mirza settled in Bhadana with two sons Mohammed Noor Din Mirza and Mohammed Jumaa Mirza in 1895.
From the Mughal tribe the Mirza Mughals are mostly situated in Bhadana. They are very well known and respected in Bhadana. Most of which have gone abroad and settled in the UK, Bradford.
Haji Wali Mohammed Mirza and Sufi Abdul Malik Mirza are famous business persons from bhadana village.They were the most prominent business persons at the time. They had a hotel and sweet centre running on Railway road Gujerkhan from 1945 until 1985.

Agriculture

The town is mainly an agriculture town with wheat and peanuts as major crops. Nowadays
people are making new houses on their lands.

Employment

Size-able proportion of the population had served in Military. In 1960's, the town saw a rapid migration to UK for employment purposes. Today virtually every family has at least one member living and working in England. The town thus generates a lot of revenue and wealth.

Migration

Many people have resettled in the cities like Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Due to influx of much money from abroad, new homes are being built in modern architecture. Recently the road leading from Gujar Khan was renovated.

Sports

Cricket is most famous about Bhadana which is arranged by Social Welfare Society Bhadana. The best cricket player of the village is Yasir Mughal URF Yasir chahli.

Religion

People in town are inclined towards religion. Many people follow Sufism. Majority of the people are Sunnis living peacefully with other religious groups such as Shites, Deobandis and Ahle-Hadith.
