Description

The dish is made of tripe which is firstly cut into slices, then cooked as quickly as possible in boiling water. Finally they are dipped into a special sauce. The sauce is a mixture of soy sauce, sesame paste, vinegar, pungent sauce, fermented bean curd, coriander powders, chopped green onion and etc. Bao du is fresh and tender. It tastes crisp, fragrant and pleasant.
