 block adjacent to its own playground. There has also been extensive refurbishment which includes the Year 6 block and a purpose built ICT suite, one of five situated around the school site. AFMS also boasts its own purpose built music, art and design and science blocks. A gymnasium and large playing fields ensure that a variety of sports are represented within the school year.

The Jubilee Garden and vegetable gardens, created and tended by the eco-committee, provide outside learning areas which encourage respect for the environment.

The school's motto
