He married secondly, on 7 May 1938 in Budapest to Katalin Bocskay de Felsö-Bánya (1909–2000), daughter of Béla Bocskay de Felsö-Banya and Eszter Farkas. They had two daughters, following the rules of morgantic marriages they do not inherit the title of their father, in this case Archduchess; Otto von Habsburg
