History

Beginning in 2004 as a unit of The Wicks Group, Allegiance acquired small cable systems and subscribers in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. The company bought a large group of systems totaling 29,000 subscribers from Charter Communications
