2014 World Figure Skating Championships

The 2014 World Figure Skating Championships will be the World Figure Skating Championships for the 2013–2014 season. They are an annual figure skating competition in which elite figure skaters compete for the title of World Champion....

. They will also compete in elite events such as the Grand Prix series and Junior Grand Prix series, culminating in the Grand Prix Final.

Season notes

To be eligible for the senior World, European, or Four Continents Championships, skaters must be 15 by July 1, 2013. For other senior international competitions, including the Grand Prix series, skaters are required to have turned 14 by the same date. Skaters competing on the junior level must be at least 13 but cannot have turned 19 (or 21 for male pair skaters and ice dancers) by July 1.
