Yeah i can help...here's what you do...1st start the company in an American city...2nd work the snot out of them for about 10 years...3rd pay them well,(so as to keep productivity up and their moral)...4th right before your employees buy their first house or first car, or even have their first child, move the company to sira and all will be fine...i hope that helps out...
