. The couple's husband is singer and actor Jung Yong Hwa
(also written as Yonghwa, Yong-Hwa or Yong-hwa), and the couple's wife is singer Seohyun
(also written as Seo Hyun or Seo Joo-Hyun). The couple's name YongSeo was coined by combining the first syllables Yong from Yong Hwa and Seo from Seo Hyun. They appeared as a virtually wed couple in the show for over a year.

On March 5, 2011, Seohyun gave Yonghwa the knitted scarf with their names' initials woven into it. Yonghwa lost it in Japan and felt guilty about that and gave her his self-knitted scarf as a gift to apologize for losing her handmade scarf. Besides that, he also gave her the “knitting photobook” that contained pictures of the progress of his making the scarf.
On March 11, 2011, MBC We Got Married announced that the YongSeo Couple would leave the show at the beginning of April. They filmed their final episode on White Day
