 created by Gruhn. Webdonuts are off-beat, family friendly, single panel cartoons written and drawn by Mike Gruhn. The cartoons contain a variety of characters and situations, a slice of life. They are published weekly in small newspapers throughout the country and can be found at www.webdonuts.com.
Webdonuts were introduced on the web in 2007, with several new cartoons added each week. The comics have been shared nationally in a variety of venues including Digg and Twitter.

Format

The comic is generally presented in a single panel format but Gruhn will sometimes mix it up with a 3 or 4 panel gag.

History

Webdonuts began in 2007. The comics are the work of Gruhn and, since its creation, has been steadily growing in popularity. They are now published in a number of small newspapers across the country as well as on the web, namely on www.webdonuts.com.
