(CPC) Central Party School. He served as a standing committee member of the CPC Liaoning committee, and the director of the organization department of Liaoning. In September 2002, he became the vice director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC. In July 2007, he was appointed the director of the Organ Establishment Committee Office of the Central Committee.
