 was changed to WBKZ, and was changed again in 1986 to WINM, when the license was purchased by Manna for Modern Man Ministries. Quad M productions, as it was called was fully owned by Calvary Temple Worship Center and solely run by the Paul Paino family. The studio facilities were located in the old Calvary Temple location on Clinton St in Fort Wayne. After encountering financial problems, the station filed for bankruptcy and closed. The license was purchased in 1991 by Tri-State Christian Television

translator, previously W66BD, was changed to W43CF and moved to channel 43. TCT can now be seen on digital channel 38 in Fort Wayne on W38EA.

WINM can be seen on Comcast Cable on channel 10, and on DISH Network on channel 63 and on Verizon FIOS channel 12. Outside of the Fort Wayne area WINM is on channel 11 for MediaCom Cable and in Ohio it can be seen on various channels (mostly channel 22) for Time Warner Cable. On Direct TV, the TCT Network can be seen on channel 377.

WINM current broadcast facilities are located in the old PBS broadcast facilities at 3632 Butler Rd (corner of Hildagas & Butler Rd) In Fort Wayne, IN.
