Vidya Bharati

Established in 1977, Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shikshan Sansthan is the single largest Indian organization in the field of education as of 2009.

Under the umbrella of Vidya Bharati, over 25,000 educational institutions operate in Bharat. Vidya Bharati caters to the educational needs of students of preprimary, primary, age groups, secondary & senior secondary schools, colleges and post-graduates training colleges. Vidya Bharati conducts and promotes research in education and has its own publication division which brings out books, magazines and research studies.
The organization is part of the Sangh Parivar and is understood to be integral to promote Hindutva- Hindutva nationalism by targeting areas with limited facilities.

Aim & Objects
To develop a National System of Education which would help to build a generation of youngmen and women that is :-
• committed to Hindutva and infused with patriotic fervour,
• fully developed physically, vitally, mentally and spiritually,
• capable of successfully facing challenges of day to day life-situations.
• dedicated to the service of our those brothers and sisters who live in villages, forests, caves and slums and are deprived and destitute, so that they are liberated from the shackles of social evils and injustice, and
• thus devoted, may contribute to building up a harmonious, prosperous and culturally rich Nation.
