Victor Mills (March 28, 1897 – October 1, 1997) was a chemical engineer for the Proctor and Gamble company. He is most credited for the creation of disposable diapers, production improvements for Ivory soap and Duncan Hines cake mix, and the production concept for Pringles.
Mills was born in Milford, Nebraska and died at his home in Tucson, Arizona at the age of 100.
