He was born in Philippines. After working several years in Filipino comiks industry, He moved into USA like many other Filippino artists.


With his pen name Vicatan, He did several comics in various publications, includes The Unexpected,
G.I. Combat, House of Mystery,Billy Bud, Crime and Punishment, Othello, MacBeth, Julius Caesar.
