In addition, the new "Self Learning" feature automatically adjusts the audiological performance of the hearing aid according to the user's preference. The digital "SurroundZoom" immediately suppresses background noises, resulting in clearer sound. The "SoundCleaning" scans the environment to identify and remove disturbing components. If the owner of the hearing aid needs support, an international support line 24/7 around the clock can be called, or the owner can log on to a portal on the Internet. The support consists of advice, basic technical support or arranging of an appointment at the closest "Certified Fitting Center".
