The settlement is situated on the coast of the Black Sea at the influx of the Buu river. Vardane borders with Detlyazhka on the west, and on the east a mountain range separates Vardane with Nizhnyaya Khobza. Within the settlement are facilities for animal husbandry and greenhouse

society of Vardane, which comprises land stretching from the Buu river to the Mamaisky passage. The Dzepsh royal family ruled in this society.

. At this time Magomet Amin built the one and only fortress on the territory of Vardane.
